About The Position

This Hotel Golf Course groundskeeper position is a Travel Task Force role and will involve working and living in Hawaii for six to nine months. The company covers all travel, hotel accommodation (shared with another employee), and two meals per day. The primary responsibility is to maintain the overall appearance, condition, and playability of the golf course, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests through various landscaping, mowing, and course setup tasks.

Requirements

Must have Golf Course groundskeeper experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, cold, or wet conditions.

Responsibilities

Mow fairways, greens, tees, and roughs using power and hand equipment.
Rake and maintain bunkers, repair divots, and set up tee markers and hole locations daily.
Operate a variety of equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
Water turf, trees, and plants as directed; assist with irrigation system maintenance.
Apply seed, fertilizer, and topdressing as instructed.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance buildings and grounds.
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Assist with course projects such as aeration, sod installation, drainage, and landscaping.
