Requirements

• At least 2 years of club repair experience.
• Demonstrated experience regripping clubs.
• High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
• Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and building technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Regrip clubs and make lie and loft adjustments.
• Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Read and execute custom orders according to golfer specifications.
• Verify repair orders for accuracy.
• Maintain an orderly workstation.
• Monitor inventory.
