About The Position
Dive into Blue Water! We’re a fast-growing hospitality crew, bringing joy through RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions since 2002. From cozy campsites to splashy water parks to luxe suites, we create unforgettable guest experiences. The Golf Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide exceptional service. The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We need each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete them with the same enthusiasm and dedication as your usual job duties.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 100% attendance
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
- Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
- Excellent listening skills
- Eagerness to provide exceptional service
- Safety-minded and focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Maintain and service the carts before and in between guest uses
- Instruct guests on how to properly operate the golf carts
- Assign golf carts to guests
- Inspect golf carts upon guest returns
- Clean and sanitize carts
- Report damages to office staff
