About The Position

As a Golf Cart attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of our golf cart fleets, including cart relocation, cleanliness, and ensuring carts are charged. Your service is not just about driving and maintaining the carts, but also about providing unparalleled service to our sales members and guests. By following the swag and the first and last rules, and always being courteous and attentive you contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driving Licenses and be at least 21 years old: able to drive a golf cart vehicle, up to 15-passenger van with the passage following safety guidelines.
  • Available to work Afternoon-PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication/ relational service skills
  • Candidates must have a professional presentation and strong guest service/interpersonal skills.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and owners using our first and last rules while driving the golf cart using S.W.A.G.
  • Stage carts in proper staging area prepared to service the sales team as they arrive.
  • Detail staged carts in the morning, clean seat, body, floor, wheels, and tire as needed.
  • Collect the information from the team member who takes the vehicles from any of the designated areas to allow tracking and accountability.
  • Be attentive and "ready" to service any member/guest.
  • Report Lost and found immediately to the sales manager, Guest relation manager, and security.
  • Return carts to the storage area, removing trash and inspecting for damages.
  • Wash and detail carts as requested by management.
  • Properly plug carts in for charging for the following day.
  • In inclement weather, transport the sales team and their guest in property vehicles. Always following all Safety Guidelines.
  • Assist Bell Service team as needed.
