About The Position
Waialae Country Club is a private membership club that offers its members a championship golf course, dining services, health/recreational facilities, and hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii. The club is recognized as a Platinum Club of America, Honorable Mention Platinum Club of the World, and is designated as a Distinguished Club with ELITE status by BoardRoom Magazine. This is a full-time position (30+ hours per week) in the Golf - Cart Barn department, reporting to the Cart Barn Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 months of customer service experience.
- Must be able to drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work mid-morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to use tee sheet/GPS software with training.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience at a golf course is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assists members/guests with loading and unloading golf bags.
- Maintains cleanliness of golf carts and golf cart storage area.
