Golf Cart and Bag Room Attendant
About The Position
Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA is hiring full-time or part-time seasonal Golf Cart and Bag Room Attendants to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and is passionate about golf, hospitality, and making a lasting impression. The position runs from March to November, with shifts available 7 days a week between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. As a Golf Cart and Bag Room Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, assisting with carts, bags, and push carts. You will also be responsible for keeping the bag room and fleet organized and spotless, cleaning clubs and carts, collecting range balls, and supporting golf shop staff during events. Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is a plus.
Responsibilities
