About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is hiring Golf Bag Room Attendants for the Fall/Winter season. This position will assist members in cleaning and organizing their golf bags, cleaning and maintaining a fleet of 64 golf carts, and maintaining all golf practice facilities. This is a great opportunity for any individuals who like to work in an active outdoor environment and be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource.

Requirements

• Golf Enthusiast!
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
• Frequent running may be required to assist members in need.
• Team player and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work throughout the week, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and their guests as needed.
• Create a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Clean and distribute member clubs and golf carts.
• Open, close, and maintain the Putting Green, Driving Range, and Short Game practice facilities.
• Work outdoors for extended periods in seasonal conditions.
• Work individually and in a team environment.
