Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer and POS familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Golf-related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greets every guest with a smile and keeps check-ins smooth, friendly, and professional.
- Handles reservations, collects fees, and helps guests find the perfect merch to elevate their round.
- Keeps every cash and credit transaction accurate, secure, and stress-free.
- Keeps the pro shop looking sharp and makes sure rental equipment is clean, ready, and waiting.
- Supports course flow, etiquette, and daily operations to keep play moving and golfers happy.
