About The Position

This role is part of the GOglobal Graduate Program, a 24-month career accelerator for high-potential graduates early in their careers. The program offers individual rotation plans, international experience, business exposure, and visibility to senior management. It provides an environment for personal and professional growth and networking opportunities to enhance technical expertise and business acumen. Trainees will rotate through key areas within the Life Science sector, including Transformation, Human Resources, Communications, Business Operations/Business Excellence, Franchises, and Research. The program aims to drive organizational change, cultural transformation, process improvement, and support innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Less than 2 years' work experience within the Life Science industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Responsibilities

  • Support Vision Communication: Assist in articulating the vision for transformation initiatives and help engage team members in embracing change.
  • Participate in Change Management: Contribute to managing change initiatives by supporting project planning and execution in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Data & AI Insights: Help analyze data and leverage AI insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with various departments to assist in the implementation of transformation strategies and ensure effective project execution.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Aid in monitoring and evaluating the impact of transformation initiatives, providing updates to team members and stakeholders.
