Godfather’s Pizza Assistant Manager
About The Position
As Godfather's Pizza Foodservice Assistant Store Manager (FASM), you will be responsible for operating your assigned foodservice area, according to company policies, any applicable franchise policies and food preparation standards, to maximize both sales and profits. The FASM directs, trains, and develops the foodservice employees so that all company goals and standards are met. FASM will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. FASM will also be responsible for processing transactions of customers on a computerized POS register, maintain a clean, well-stocked food area, and clean and stock merchandise.
Requirements
- Good grooming
- Communication skills
- Cash handling skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Responsibilities
- Operating assigned foodservice area according to company policies
- Directing, training, and developing foodservice employees
- Serving guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently
- Processing transactions on a computerized POS register
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked food area
- Cleaning and stocking merchandise
- Providing safe work environment for employees, customers and vendors
- Maintaining all store equipment and reporting equipment maintenance needs
- Being able to stand for long periods of time without sitting
