About The Position

Leads the go-to-market strategy for the Elan Financial Services Credit Card business, delivering customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs that drive client engagement, customer growth, and new account acquisition. Establishes and communicates key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, using insights to optimize strategy and execution. Manages a team of marketing professionals focused on client engagement, activation, retention, and credit card acquisition marketing. Applies segment-specific strategies to launch programs in close collaboration with agencies, product, relationship management, sales, and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
