About The Position

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Intern at Wagmo, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in funnels and experiments, builds tools to automate repetitive work, and is energized by turning a business problem into a scalable solution. You’ll design and run growth experiments, build AI-powered workflows to accelerate marketing operations, conduct retention and sensitivity analyses, and help equip our sales team with the research and tools they need to win. If you’re the kind of person who would rather build an agent than fill out a spreadsheet, we want to talk to you. Location: This is a hybrid internship based in NYC; interns must be willing and able to work in-office at least three days per week.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a recent MBA graduate
  • A builder mindset: you instinctively reach for AI tools, automation, and creative technical solutions to break down business problems; experience building AI agents, workflows, or prototypes is a must
  • Analytical rigor with hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations; you know how to run experiments, read data, and optimize for outcomes
  • Clear, structured communication skills: you can turn complex analysis into a concise recommendation that drives action
  • High ownership and scrappiness: you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and care more about impact than process
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email automation, analytics dashboards) and a willingness to learn whatever’s needed

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in growth marketing, rev ops, sales enablement, consulting, or building AI/automation tools in a business context

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth experiments across engagement, utilization, and retention, developing hypotheses, running tests, measuring results, and iterating quickly
  • Apply AI tools and build automations to accelerate your own work and our GTM engine whether that's prospect research, data analysis, campaign experimentation, or something we haven't thought of yet
  • Conduct a retention sensitivity analysis to identify the key levers that drive customer lifetime value and inform strategic priorities
  • Research and develop prospect intelligence that equips the sales team with actionable insights on target accounts, territories, and market opportunities
  • Support demand generation programs and campaigns; not just ideation, but hands-on execution that drives measurable leads and pipeline
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities and translate data into go-to-market recommendations for leadership
