SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify enables companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in over 71 languages with sub-second latency. The team is rapidly expanding and requires robust systems to support growth, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to fill and manage the sales pipeline. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA. The engineer will be responsible for building and owning the technical systems that drive the outbound sales process, including lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. This is a purely infrastructure and systems-focused role, ensuring that prospects receive the right message at the right time and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data for closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch, is proficient with tools like Clay and Apollo, and focuses on pipeline influenced by their work.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring, rather than just managing existing ones.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • A funnel-oriented mindset with a focus on metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, maintain simplicity, and operate autonomously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and scalable sequencing workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing platforms (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for booked meetings and pipeline creation.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to maintain data integrity and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and their potential application.
