SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify enables companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in over 71 languages with sub-second latency. The company is experiencing rapid growth and requires robust systems to support its expansion, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to fill and advance the sales pipeline. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA. The engineer will be responsible for building and owning the technical systems that drive the outbound sales motion. This includes lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. It is a purely infrastructure and systems role focused on ensuring prospects receive the right message at the right time, and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data for successful closing. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch, is proficient with tools like Clay and Apollo, and measures success by pipeline influenced.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring, rather than just managing existing ones.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • A mindset focused on sales funnels and data-driven metrics, with an obsessive tracking of pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, maintain simplicity, and operate autonomously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows that operate at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing platforms (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations connecting them.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, generate personalized outreach, and manage follow-up workflows, thereby reducing manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for meeting bookings and pipeline creation.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data integrity and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential implementations.
