About The Position

SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify enables companies to deploy natural-sounding AI voice agents in over 71 languages with very low latency. The company is experiencing rapid growth and requires robust systems to support this expansion, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to fill and maintain sales pipelines. This is the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer role for SIMBA. The position involves building and owning the technical systems that drive the outbound sales process, including lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and large-scale AI-powered personalization. This is a purely infrastructure and systems-focused role, responsible for ensuring that prospects receive the right message at the right time and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data for successful closing. The ideal candidate will have experience building outbound systems from scratch, proficiency with tools like Clay and Apollo, and a focus on pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring, rather than just managing existing ones.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • A mindset focused on funnels and data-driven measurement, with a keen interest in metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, maintain simplicity, and operate autonomously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing tools (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to minimize manual work for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for booked meetings and pipeline creation.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data cleanliness and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and rapidly adopt new AI and GTM tooling, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential implementations.
