About The Position

The engineer will work with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. The role also involves raising engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring more junior engineers. The successful candidate will bring strong Go and systems expertise, engineering discipline, clear communication, and a record of delivering production-ready work. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The annual salary range is $130,000–$145,000. The employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions, but encourages applications from U.S. citizens, green card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates.
