About The Position

We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant / CNA-I) and a CMT (Certified Medicine Technician). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs. Oak Crest Village, located in Parkville, MD, is an 87-acre continuing care retirement community managed by Erickson Senior Living, a large and respected provider of senior living and health care. The role involves helping residents live better lives by supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and implementing personal care plans. Requirements

• Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents
