About The Position

We are currently accepting applications for GNA/CNA-I for PRN (as-needed) opportunities across all shifts. This posting is also used to build a preferred candidate pool for future full-time and part-time openings within our Health Center.

Requirements

• Active GNA/CNA-I certification in Maryland
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
• Basic computer skills for documentation

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required)
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Document care and communicate with nursing staff
