Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of maintenance experience in industrial HVAC, mechanical repair, or automotive repair
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet using aerial or scissor lifts
Willingness to wear PPE (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, etc.)
Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
Must be able to obtain a site security access badge
Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or trade school certification in Industrial Mechanical, HVAC, or related field

Responsibilities

Respond to work orders, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, fixtures, and systems
Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work
Replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, motors, and perform minor repairs on building structures
Conduct preventive and planned maintenance inspections on all building equipment
Support installation and inspection of new equipment
Operate hand tools, diagnostic hardware, and measuring instruments
Maintain inventory records and communicate parts usage
Identify, report, and help resolve safety and equipment issues
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory standards
Adapt to changing schedules and business needs as required
Demonstrate flexibility with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
