About The Position

Atom.com is hiring a GMT Partnership Specialist to own and grow partner relationships across global markets. This is a mid-level, execution-focused role for someone with partnership-building experience, the ability to advance deals across time zones, and familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem. The specialist will independently manage a global partner base, keep the pipeline moving, engage partners, and help programs produce results, with a focus on GMT-aligned regions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles.
• Familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem and comfort operating in global, cross-timezone environments.
• Proven ability to move partnerships from early conversation to active, producing relationships.
• Strong communication skills, with clear, responsive, and reliable communication across asynchronous and live settings.
• Self-directed, with strong pipeline management habits.

• Startup or marketplace background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active and prospective partnerships across global markets, focusing on GMT-aligned regions.
• Identify and develop relationships with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communities.
• Execute co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and integration initiatives with partners.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
• Track pipeline health, partner performance, and program outcomes in CRM.
• Represent Atom in partner conversations, ecosystem communities, and relevant industry spaces.
