The GMP Cleaning Technician is responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Manufacturing/janitorial/sterilization experience (1+ year) preferred
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a GMP environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, sanitizing, and waste disposal to ensure consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Disposal of chemicals- collaborate with EHSSS, handling reagents and disposal procedures and Transport production waste and ensure proper disposal with EHS
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, promptly notifying the supervisor when additional resources are needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
