About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking a GMP Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleanroom sanitization operations, ensuring strict quality and compliance standards are met. This role is crucial for maintaining controlled manufacturing areas to be excursion-free. The position involves overseeing and performing routine sanitization tasks, verifying documentation, managing supplies, and collaborating with various teams to adhere to client SOPs and safety rules.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
Supervisory/lead experience
Strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, ALCOA, and SOP guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong background in leadership, attention to detail, and work instruction compliance.
Ability to pass cleanroom gowning qualification tests and adhere to a strict dress code (no cosmetics or jewelry).
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas.
Verify proper sanitization agent rotation, correct labeling, and accurate contemporaneous GDP and ALCOA documentation.
Lead your team as a Sanitation Team Lead to manage gowning supplies, PPE stocking, and waste disposal.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facility, and Quality teams to execute cleaning schedules that strictly meet client SOPs and safety rules.
