About The Position

Aldevron, one of Danaher's operating companies, is seeking a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I for their GMP Manufacturing department in Fargo, ND. This on-site role is responsible for executing production events in a GMP manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, understand English, and apply basic math.
  • Good communication skills as needed for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Ability to use hands, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing setting
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Schedule flexibility such as weekend work or extended/altered schedules may be required at times depending on production need.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill to support pDNA, mRNA, and protein product types.
  • Ensure a safety-first and audit-ready mindset and manage environment within manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain a quality-first mindset and adhere to good manufacturing practices by following appropriate gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, good documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.
