About The Position

As a Department Manager, you lead and support your team while driving operational excellence in your area of responsibility. Depending on the department, this may involve merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, or customer service. You help ensure the store is clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers, while developing associates, achieving business goals, and building relationships with customers. The role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on associates, customers, and the community.
