Role Summary Support digital marketing, marketing automation, AI-enabled workflow initiatives, and performance reporting across Global Marketing & Communications (GMC).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
  • No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in digital marketing, AI, automation, data, or marketing technology.
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
  • Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
  • Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
  • Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.
  • Support digital marketing and paid media initiatives, including research, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Assist with marketing automation activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scale.
  • Contribute to AI use-case exploration, experimentation, and adoption activities across GMC.
  • Support MarTech and platform operations through documentation, analysis, testing, and process improvement.
  • Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Partner across GMC teams to support initiatives that improve digital marketing effectiveness and measurement.
