About The Position

The GM OneOps Deploy Engineer will lead the development, deployment, execution, and adoption of GM OneOps across an assigned GMNA sector. GM OneOps is a common operating platform for manufacturing intended to create a connected, role-based view across plants and enable a shared platform, standard, and way of operating. The role serves as the sector leader for implementation planning, plant engagement, issue resolution, and deployment consistency, translating the GM OneOps strategy into effective plant-level execution. The position is part of the Manufacturing Operations Digitalization Team within Manufacturing Excellence. This team works globally with IT, Manufacturing Engineering, and plant teams to develop manufacturing digitalization strategies, define requirements, and deploy GM OneOps modules at manufacturing sites. This is an onsite summer internship based at Warren Technical Center, with an expectation to report onsite five days per week and travel to GM manufacturing facilities as needed. Start dates are May 24 or June 14, 2027. Eligible students selected for the 2027 Student Program will receive a one-time taxable lump-sum stipend to help facilitate relocation benefits.
