About The Position

This position is responsible for providing customer service, training, scheduling, and supervising GM/HBC workers. The manager will also handle customer issue resolution, maintain department cleanliness, manage inventory, and order supplies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow company customer service procedures.
  • Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
  • Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a clerk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service as defined by company policy.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise GM/HBC workers.
  • Resolve customer problems related to sales, service, or product dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the department and storage area.
  • Replace stock in displays and on shelves.
  • Remove expired items from shelves daily.
  • Perform daily inventory and order necessary supplies.
  • Write and input orders into the store computer.
  • Monitor inter-office mail and company web page for updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
