About The Position

Beckley Chevrolet is hiring experienced GM Certified Automotive Technicians to join their service team. This position is specifically for technicians with General Motors dealership experience. They are looking for proven technicians who know GM vehicles, understand GM diagnostic and repair procedures, and are ready to step into a busy Chevrolet service department. They are building a high-performing service department and want experienced GM technicians who are serious about their career. They are not looking for entry-level technicians or technicians who need to learn GM systems from the ground up. They want experienced General Motors technicians who can come in, contribute immediately, and become an important part of their service department. If you're a GM-trained Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac technician looking for a dealership where your experience and ability are valued, they want to talk to you.

Requirements

General Motors dealership experience REQUIRED
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with GM service information, warranty procedures, and dealership processes
Valid driver's license and a professional work ethic
Technicians who take pride in quality work and strong production

Nice To Haves

Current or previous GM certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Performing engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, and other major repairs
Efficiently diagnose and complete repairs according to GM procedures
Contribute immediately to the service department
