Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in automotive service
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning

Nice To Haves

  • Current GM training and technician certifications
  • GM Master Technician or World Class Technician status
  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
  • Experience completing GM warranty repairs and documentation
  • Experienced technicians with comparable OEM training
  • Technicians willing to complete GM-specific certifications with our support
  • Ford certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chevrolet and other GM vehicles
  • Complete repairs according to GM and dealership standards
  • Verify guest concerns using current GM diagnostic equipment
  • Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates
  • Follow GM warranty documentation and repair procedures
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle status
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Continue developing your skills through paid GM training
