This position is responsible for assembling foam products. This position will communicate with lead person for direction of materials to be assembled. Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree required
• Ability to read specification drawings that assist in learning how to properly assemble finished parts
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Good Attendance

Responsibilities

• Assembling foam products
• Communicating with lead person for direction of materials to be assembled
• Operating equipment efficiently to determine the best material utilization
• Demonstrating safe working habits and attitude
• Learning the assembly of all parts and their quality standards
• Handling repetitive motions of hands, arms, and fingers
• Standing for 8 hours in one place
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Training on proper cleaning of glue gun and basic preventive maintenance
