About The Position

The Glove Welding Assembly Operator is responsible for operating a DVA RF (Radio Frequency) welding machine to assemble and weld glove components. The operator works at a seated workstation, handling precision assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and consistent quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the DVA RF welding machine to bond and seal glove components according to production specifications.
  • Position and align glove materials accurately in the machine fixture prior to each welding cycle.
  • Monitor machine settings including weld time, heat, and power levels; adjust TAP SWITCH and related controls as needed.
  • Inspect welded glove assemblies for quality, consistency, and defects after each cycle.
  • Remove finished parts and place them in the appropriate bin or conveyor for the next stage of production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or material shortages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols related to RF welding equipment and PPE requirements.
  • Meet daily production targets and quality standards as set by the production supervisor.
  • Complete any required production logs or quality check documentation.
