Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience must include: Utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Consultive skills for Global HR best practices; SAP SuccessFactors implementation with SAP SuccessFactors BIZX Suite; Global HCM processing procedures; SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Module; SAP SuccessFactors Data Modeling; SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration and Content Loading and SAP SuccessFactors LMS module; Creating custom reports for SAP SuccessFactors; SAP SuccessFactors Succession Module.
  • ScrumMaster Certification required.

  • Responsible for our global SAP SuccessFactors client's technical support and system maintenance activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in evaluating new functionality for client impact during SAP biannual releases.
  • Collaborate with the Global Service lead consultant in supporting other client services, including user training delivery and go-live system configuration activities.
  • Support multinational companies in overseeing their employees' life cycle from recruitment to retirement and participate in process/business improvement activities and projects.
  • Oversee SAP SuccessFactors system maintenance and configuration changes in certified SuccessFactors modules.
  • Respond to client-generated tickets by troubleshooting system issues and applying break fixes.
  • Work with SAP processors and engineers for ticket resolution and participate in client ticket review calls.
