This is a fixed term role to execute the strategic transformation of the Wind Projects & Services Global Tooling programs and organization. While executing the strategic transformation this leader will oversees the operational execution of tooling delivery and need for the Services operations and continuously improve processes and means to meet customer expectations. They will partner with the regional leadership team and site teams to develop a customer focused environment that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing costs. The Wind Services Tooling leader is responsible for the team’s safety, long term relationships with customers, driving tooling optimized operations, fiscal management, & leadership of all day to day tool center activities. Overall scope includes, but not limited to leading a team, managing daily site operations, managing tool center budget, inventory management, and technology, with primary focus of safety and quality at the forethought of all tool center activities.
