About The Position

The Global Vice President of Digital Transformation, reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), acts as a strategic partner and subject matter expert to the organization. The Global Vice President of Digital Transformation will provide leadership and critical control over all the strategic as well as day-to-day aspects of the company’s information technology (software and hardware), network, IT security, and telecom requirements and associated investments, processes, policies, training and development. Through a solid technical background and an ability to manage and motivate people, the Global VP of Digital Transformation is a hands-on and experienced professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working with the team to create and implement IT policies, achieve objectives, eliminate risks and increase user and/or customer satisfaction. This will be a change management expert and extremely knowledgeable about implementing ERP systems as well as managing outsourced service providers. Willingness to dive deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture will be critical to finding creative solutions and providing insights to the company’s business partners, both inside and outside of the company. A demonstrated ability to influence people and successful experiences working in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-functional, matrixed, and international team are required.

Responsibilities
