About The Position
Affinity Travels is hiring a remote travel advisor to create personalized trips and memorable travel experiences for clients. The role is open to experienced travel professionals as well as passionate planners with no prior experience, and includes training and personal development. Advisors work with destinations around the world, cruises, accommodations, experiences, and local recommendations while providing attentive service and collaborating with travel partners. The position can be part-time or full-time, offers a flexible schedule, and is compensated through commissions and bonuses.
Requirements
- Fluency in English or Spanish.
- Organization, self-direction, and attention to detail.
- A love of travel and human connection.

- Experience in travel or hospitality, or strong passion for helping others explore the world.
- Extensive personal travel experience or a strong interest in travel.
Responsibilities
- Craft personalized travel itineraries to destinations around the globe.
- Plan cruise experiences, including Caribbean escapes and European voyages.
- Match clients with suitable accommodations, experiences, and local recommendations based on their preferences.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, visa updates, and global developments.
- Build lasting client relationships through empathy, creativity, and concierge-level service.
- Collaborate with trusted partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
