This role is pivotal in driving consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across our compensation programs worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compensation, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset to partner across HR, business leadership, and regional stakeholders. The position can sit out of any of our WSP US offices out of the east coast.
