About The Position

Dataiku is hiring a Global Total Rewards Lead to own its global compensation, equity, and benefits strategy. • Evolve job architecture, leveling, and salary ranges, and provide managers with practical tools for pay decisions.
  • Design equity grant guidelines and new-hire and refresh awards; partner with Finance and Legal on modeling, dilution, and international tax.
  • Develop recommendations for executives and present equity and executive compensation matters to the Compensation Committee and Board.
  • Lead merit, promotion, and incentive cycles from modeling through execution, with scalable governance and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Set global benefits strategy across company entities and employer-of-record countries.
  • Lead the benefits team responsible for day-to-day operations.
  • Lead a small Total Rewards team and influence executives and cross-functional partners.
