Requirements

Enrolled in a Business (MBA) and/or Environmental Science graduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028
At least 2 years of work experience required

Nice To Haves

Background in Social and Environmental Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Textiles, Finance, or Retail preferred
General sustainability skills/knowledge strongly preferred, including experience in corporate responsibility, climate, natural resources, circularity, people and human rights and/or other related topics
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams in a highly matrixed organization
Strong project management, problem structuring and solving skills
Self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and has a bias for action
Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and tell stories from large datasets
Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
Have an inquisitive, growth-focused and process-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearly demonstrated passion for sustainability and Nike

Responsibilities

Work with teams Globally across Nike to embed sustainability into business, manufacturing, operations, and marketplace initiatives.
Lead one or more projects that will require you to work across a range of stakeholders, exercise and showcase critical and strategic thinking and problem solving to deliver insights that will move the business forward.
