Senior Global Support Coordinator - 1st Shift

About The Position

As the Global Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for prioritizing and fulfilling repair fixture orders received from our global service centers. You will act as the point of contact for fixture and tooling inquiries for Stryker Instruments' international service locations. This role is also responsible for organizing blueprints to provide outside vendors for Request For Quote, collaborating with global partners to confirm order requirements, and managing and communicating order status updates to relevant parties. You will lead continuous improvement in the service fixture process, coordinate with process tech/sustaining engineers for verification of fixtures, and handle the packaging and shipping of global fixture orders, working with Stryker Import/Export team and Shipping. Additionally, you will remotely support global service centers through install and setup of fixtures, downloading software from intranet locations, and coordinating global training with the local training team to coincide with the delivery of fixtures. You will also work with Advanced Service Engineers to create Service Launch Kits and HTS code documents for new products, maintain service launch kit order forms for existing products as fixtures are revised, and update fixture cost estimates periodically.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years’ relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
