About The Position

Global Supply Planner: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply planning activities to ensure efficient production, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination across the supply chain. Your role: You will manage the supply planning process for a stable, medium business scope, ensuring accurate and timely planning inputs to support business reviews and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, operations, logistics, production, and suppliers to ensure demand and supply alignment. You will analyze supply constraints, run scenario planning, and develop allocation plans to proactively mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing enhancements across supply planning activities. You will support the implementation of new supply planning concepts, systems, and lean processes while ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and operational targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Blue Yonder, along with inventory management.
  • Analytical and collaborative professional with strong communication skills, comfortable working across functions and managing priorities in a dynamic supply chain environment.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
