We are expanding our team and seeking contributors of all seniorities. Tenstorrent is building high-performance AI systems and the necessary supply chain to deliver them at scale. We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee OSAT partnerships, backend manufacturing execution, and supply continuity from wafer-out to final shipment. This role is based in Toronto, Taiwan, or Austin, requiring regular travel to Taiwan and other Asia-based partner sites (approximately 25-30%). Candidates should reside near one of these hubs and be able to work effectively across North American and Asia-Pacific time zones. We are open to candidates at various experience levels, and the appropriate level will be determined during the interview process, with offers aligning accordingly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of OSAT workflows, including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging.
  • Hands-on experience working with Taiwan-based OSAT partners.
  • Comfortable negotiating complex supplier agreements, pricing, tooling, or NRE costs.
  • Experience managing relationships across technical, commercial, and operational issues.
  • Clear, direct, and trusted communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and suppliers, and across North American and Asia-Pacific time zones.
  • Structured, data-driven operator.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience using PLM systems.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead OSAT supplier relationships, including QBRs, KPI reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations, while fostering trust and accountability.
  • Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, demand, capacity, materials, and production schedules with OSAT partners.
  • Manage backend operations such as bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test for advanced packaging and multi-die products.
  • Oversee substrate and critical material sourcing, including capacity, pricing, tooling, lead-time risk, and high-density substrate requirements for HBM and AI compute products.
  • Resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.
  • Establish reliable OSAT data, KPIs, and processes to support analytics and automation.
