About The Position

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is offering a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session from January to May. This program is designed for students to take a semester off from coursework to fully engage in a working mentorship opportunity. The position is located at our Aguadilla, PR facility. This co-op will provide an opportunity to learn about the challenges in aviation and supply chain, directly impacting the business's evolution. The paid program is designed to leverage student strengths and position them to add value to their team from day one. Co-ops will be placed in roles reflecting their career interests, allowing them to experience daily life in the Global Supply Chain organization and providing a flexible learning environment to kick-start their careers. The program includes a mentorship program and meaningful project assignments. Each co-op will be placed in a procurement or supply chain support function within one of our sub-domains, assigned tactical work and project deliverables. Co-ops are part of a cohort group with programming and present to management and leadership at the end of the season. Encouragement is given to explore the company and learn all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting the internship.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Passion for Supply Chain and Aerospace.
