About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team in Indianapolis, IN. This role serves as the key contact for clients, acting as a liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp. The Global Study Manager ensures successful interactions between Labcorp study team members to provide seamless study delivery to the client. This includes providing project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management. The role facilitates communication between the client and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator. A key responsibility is performing a review of the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements. The position involves managing a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities and acting as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units, exemplifying outstanding, personalized customer service. The role requires working with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand client culture and pipeline, participating in functional meetings to provide input and keep processes up to date, and complying with the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy. The position supports a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 years or more of experience in clinical research
  • 2 years or more years of project management experience
  • 2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience

Responsibilities

  • Key contact for clients; Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
