About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team in Indianapolis, IN. This role serves as the key contact for clients, acting as a liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp. The Global Study Manager ensures successful interactions between Labcorp study team members to provide seamless study delivery to the client. This position provides project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management. The role facilitates communications between the client and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator. A key responsibility is performing a review of the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements. The Global Study Manager will manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities and act as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units, exemplifying the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills. The role involves working with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients, participating in functional meetings to provide input and keep processes up to date, and complying with the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy. The position supports a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6 years or more of experience in clinical research
2 years or more years of project management experience
2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, including handling escalations and delivering high‑quality client support
Demonstrated success operating in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities; strong ability to plan, organize, problem‑solve, and manage competing deadlines

Responsibilities

Key contact for clients
Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
Ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to the client.
