About The Position

This role involves leading a dedicated book of business for global clients, understanding their insurance needs, and staying current on industry and economic trends. The executive will be accountable for global service and execution, leading market relationships and negotiations, and managing the entire renewal process. Additionally, this position includes leadership and development of Client Managers and Analysts, as well as Series AEs and Producers with books of business between $1M-$5M. Country Leadership is also a key aspect, requiring accountability for senior-level relationships and developing senior market relationships to ensure carrier performance.

Requirements

  • Full working coverage knowledge of all lines of business
  • Ability to identify opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs
  • Articulate in Lockton’s global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators
  • Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data
  • Ability to create timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons and coverage reviews
  • Ability to prepare and present RFPs+
  • Navigator accuracy and reporting
  • Typically, more than 7 years of Client services experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry
  • Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States
