Directs the full development lifecycle, managing the design, coding, and maintenance of applications while prioritizing the product backlog and release schedules. Evaluates organizational needs by collaborating with internal operations and conducting market research to identify high-impact automation and efficiency opportunities. Defines product requirements and business cases, translating the "what" for architecture teams while performing ROI analyses to justify new features or tools. Assesses emerging technologies and specifications to appraise new product ideas, ensuring field tools remain modern and technically robust. Partners across IT and business units to coordinate integrated solutions, managing user adoption and providing long-term strategic analysis for leadership. Diagnoses operational challenges and evaluates system requirements to ensure tools are scalable, stable, and aligned with the ITIL framework. Maintains deep industry expertise through professional networks and continuous learning to influence the direction of service delivery and technical innovation.
