About The Position

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Global Services Data & Business Analyst to join their Business Intelligence & Operations team. This role involves solving complex business problems through quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and the development of high-impact metrics and dashboards. The team provides strategy and analytics to support the SVP of Global Services with business analysis, data modeling, and recommendations for key decisions, working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders on high-profile projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical Data or Business Analyst role.
3+ years of professional experience using SQL for complex data extraction.
3+ years of professional experience using Tableau for sophisticated dashboard development.
Mastery of Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Data or Business Analyst experience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with global teams to define requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage project milestones from inception to delivery.
Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Own the data lifecycle by establishing "sources of truth," performing rigorous validation, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and reporting automation.
Use Python, Alteryx, or SQL to automate manual reporting workflows and increase data velocity.
Integrate AI/Machine Learning outputs into BI workflows to provide predictive forecasting and anomaly detection.
Distill intricate technical concepts into clear recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
