We are committed to ENABLE OWNERS TO DRIVE REVENUES AND GUESTS EXPERIENCE AT THE LOWEST COSTS AND SUSTAINABLY The Global Sales Information & Content Manager ensures regular, structured communication from Global Sales and RM to hotel commercial teams via appropriate channels. It consolidates key updates, tool news, training, and strategic topics into a consistent flow to Accor commercial teams, regions, brands and hotels. A regular summary of key global sales & RM initiatives will be shared to drive engagement and transparency. The role also aligns existing content into a unified communication stream, ensuring coherence across all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Tourism or hotel-specific education, university or school.
  • Advanced work experience in tourism with a focus in chain hotel industry and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure direct communication with users of hotel sales tools by regularly sharing updates, training opportunities, and relevant tool-related news through dedicated newsletters sent to users directly.
  • Establish and manage a strategic communication funnel for B2B segment topics, including a clear calendar and timeline.
  • Coordinate with PME regions and Lifestyle & Luxury brands (LL) to translate and cascade content to hotels effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a regular internal newsletter to increase the visibility of the Global Sales & RM teams.
  • Highlight key successes, revenue milestones, tool enhancements, B2B marketing activities, and other strategic updates for internal Accor commercial audiences.
  • Design and implement an information process and technical framework to enable efficient communication between Global Sales & RM and hotels via regional and brand structures.
  • Develop a clear communication governance model and standardized content formats.
