About The Position

You will run marketing for France, a key international D2C growth market. Your responsibilities will include seasonal sales, influencer partnerships, and managing the organic social calendar to ensure French activities are successful and impactful. This role requires an individual who can not only execute but also actively develop and implement their own initiatives for the French market. You should have a strong understanding of the French market, identify effective strategies, and propose new ideas in close collaboration with various internal teams such as International Performance Marketing Management, Influencer Marketing, paid media, CRM, creative, and DACH.

Requirements

  • Native-level French language proficiency.
  • Reside in France or possess substantial, current knowledge of the French market.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or brand marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: campaign planning, influencer marketing, organic social, paid social/search, CRM.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and running marketing activations.
  • Strong understanding of the French market: spotting trends, knowing the platform landscape, and thinking in market impact.
  • Data-driven mindset: understanding attribution, ROAS, AOV, CAC, and experience with dashboards.
  • Self-driven working style: proactive in bringing proposals and following through.
  • Confident communication with internal stakeholders up to management level.
  • Structured way of working, capable of managing multiple topics in parallel.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with D2C brands or in an e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Airtable.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content creation and localization.
  • Background in affiliate marketing or platform partnerships.
  • German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute the FR campaign roadmap, including seasonal moments and sales activations (Soldes, Black Week, Choose, Bradery, platform pushes), and launches.
  • Translate global brand and product strategy into FR-specific mechanics, including offer logic, discount codes, timing, and tone.
  • Take end-to-end ownership per activation: brief stakeholders, coordinate assets, manage timing, and deliver reporting.
  • Identify new activation slots and product-push opportunities for the French market.
  • Conduct active market monitoring, including competitors, consumer trends, creator landscape, and seasonal moments in France.
  • Identify growth levers and independently develop initiatives to grow the market.
  • Track performance for the FR market, including attribution, Shopify, discount code performance, and channel mix.
  • Prepare market insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders up to management level.
  • Manage operational aspects of FR influencer partnerships in collaboration with the Influencer Marketing team.
  • Execute partnerships end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, communication, scheduling, follow-up, and evaluation.
  • Plan and execute the FR organic social calendar with content authentic to the French market.
  • Leverage creator content for organic channels (UGC, reposts, collabs).
  • Build and maintain relevant platform and brand partnerships in the French market.
  • Act as the owner of FR-specific projects, including local platform partnerships, activations, and pilot tests.
  • Serve as an interface to internal teams: influencer, paid, CRM, creative, product management, customer service, logistics, and DACH.
  • Ensure structured documentation in standard tools (Airtable, Shopify, reporting tools).
