About The Position

Circle K is seeking candidates for its Global Rotational Program (CK Compass), offering a unique opportunity to accelerate career growth and business acumen. This program involves three to four immersive yearlong rotations in North America or Europe, providing practical experience in key business functions, mentorship, and blended learning. The program aims to prepare participants for future leadership roles within Circle K, a global leader in convenience and fuel retail operating over 14,200 stores in 26 countries as part of Alimentation Couche-Tard. The mission is to make customers' lives easier and to foster growth for team members worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Relevant professional experience or internships.
• Geographic flexibility within North America or Europe.
• Willingness to relocate is mandatory during the program.
• Legally authorized to work in the host country.
